Free “Scary Chill” for Costumed Customers on Halloween
CHICAGO – October 27, 2008--This Halloween, it’s all treats and no tricks at Berry Chill: The all-natural chilled yogurt shop introduces Pumpkin Spice – a frozen treat made with real pumpkin and cinnamon – from Oct. 27 through the end of Fall.
To celebrate Halloween, Berry Chill has created the Scary Chill: five ounces of Pumpkin Spice topped with Reese’s Pieces, candy corn, and marshmallows. On Halloween, this treat will be given for free to customers in costumes at 635 N. State (8 a.m. to 4 a.m.) and 132 N. LaSalle (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
The original Berry Chill, which opened in March 2008 at 635 N. State, serves more than 1,000 people per day, seven days a week. The Loop location is even larger, with outdoor patio seating, laptop stations, and free Wi-Fi. In addition, the newest Berry Chill just opened at 500 W. Madison (Ogilvie Train Station), with additional locations opening this fall at 957 W. Belmont and the Merchandise Mart.
